SocialReferral is a program, where the employees of a company act as ambassadors, by sharing the culture and job listings through social media. When outsiders apply and/or get the job, the employee that shared it, gets a 'commission'.
From UI Designer to

For almost 2,5 years now, I have been working together with SocialReferral on their designs. What started as a single UX/UI project, ended up as a long-term relationship in order to maintain & improve the UX/UI and all the marketing & content creation.
